DOCS Valve™ is a next-generation transcatheter system purpose-built for native aortic regurgitation. Designed for both routine and complex anatomies, the system combines advanced anchoring, precise positioning, and controlled deployment to support broader patient eligibility and procedural confidence.

 

Broad Anatomical Compatibility
Compatible with both routine and complex anatomies, including large annulus up to 33mm-35mm (inflow frame diameter expands large annulus adaptability), and challenging root structures, i.e. horizontal heart, aneurysmal sinus dilation, root angulation and cusp prolapse.

Integrated Locator Design
The integrated downward-folding locator mechanism enables faster sinus engagement, more accurate placement, and secure anchoring.

Advanced Coaxial Delivery Control
A 3D steerable dual-sheath delivery system helps physicians achieve optimal alignment across complex anatomies.

Stable Deployment
The fixed-frame delivery connection supports stable deployment without jumping during release.

Enhanced Anchoring Strength
An integrated closed-cell short-frame design provides stronger radial support, reduces migration risk, and enables treatment across both AR and AS anatomies.
